U.S. Shipping Rates
Most of our shipping is done with Fed Ex and cooperative program, with the USPS, called Ship Rush. If the order is sent Fed Ex Ship Rush your tracking number will be available at www.fedex.com. Please track with Fedex.com first and if you still have issues please contact us.
Flat Rate Shipping maybe sent parcel post, via USPS or USPS in conjunction with FED EX call ShipRush. If you cannot receive mail via USPS at you home please specify.
Swanky Outlet participates annually in events such as "Free Shipping Day" and offers other fun times throughout the year where other options are available with shipping. Free Shipping Day only applies to the Lower US 48 states. We do guarantee that we will do our part and get packages that are ordered with the Free Shipping Day code out within 24 hours to meet your Christmas deadline, but in the event that the carrier does not meet the deadline, Swanky Outlet will not be held responsible or liable for any packages delivered after any Holiday. We participate in these programs to do our best to help our customers, but the only way as a customer that you can be guaranteed to be covered for Holiday delivery is if you request to pay for overnight or 2 day delivery which "you" as the customer would be fully responsible for if this is what you need to have done. Swanky Outlet generally ships either Fedex Ground, Home Delivery, and Smart Post which are all basic economy services that can take 3-10 business days.
CANADIAN BUYERS: We can ship most shams and pillowcases USPS flat rate envelopes for $25. We can ship smaller items such as sheet sets or duvet covers in USPS flat rate boxes. If you want to get the USPS rates, please message us and we will send you an invoice via Paypal for your purchase.
We Now Ship International World Wide!
International buyers contact us with your postal code and shipping information so we can get you a shipping quote. For international buyers we can send you a PayPal invoice as long as PayPal covers us shipping to your country. *** Please note *** As per our contracts with our vendors, we are not allowed to ship Ralph Lauren products and/or bedding outside the United States. Any international orders for Ralph Lauren bedding will be cancelled and funds refunded to the buyer as we will not be able to ship this brand internationally.
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO's WILL NOT receive Free Shipping at this time, but if the item is small enough we will ship in USPS flat rate boxes which will be cheaper than our automated shipping calculator will show at checkout.
For a quote to Alaska or Hawaii please message us with your contact information and what products you are interested in purchasing. Current shipping rates on the site are setup for the Continental US states only.We will ship to APO's as well. If you are purchasing a larger item from us to ship to an APO you might want to message us to check shipping. APO's do not get free shipping in the United States. All APO orders will be responsible for shipping costs. If you are an APO and purchase an item from us then we will automatically send you an invoice for the shipping costs via paypal.
Please be aware that BED IN A BAGS may be repackaged for shipment, so make sure you read the description of what you buy!
