PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. Our terms and conditions may come across as a little strict, but we sell liquidation bedding up to 88% off retail which does not allow us to offer extended return policies like many companies that charge full prices. If we made a mistake on an order, we will be more than happy to work with you as the buyer, but please remember, you only have 14 days on "Clearance" items from the "Date of Receipt". This should give you ample time to check your bedding to make sure that everything is fine with your order. After 14 days, our hands are tied because this policy is firm and management abides by it. This policy also helps us prevent any problems with buyers Using and Laundering the bedding while "Price Shopping" for lower markdowns on the bedding elsewhere. Traditional retail locations generally will charge full price for the bedding the majority of the year with sales in between which is why they can afford to offer extended returns policies. We offer such great discounts on pricing, and we have employees that inspect each and every piece of bedding before it is listed, which requires us to only allow 14 days for returns upon receipt for "Non-Clearance" bedding.
We attempt to process your orders as promptly as possible.
We will no longer be able to guarantee the Cancel of orders orders once checkout has been completed.Our shipping department ships 7 days a week sometimes from different locations so it can be quite difficult for us to stop the processing of the orders through our software. PLEASE be aware of exactly what you are purchasing as well as the conditions of said items. If you made an honest mistake at checkout, it is best to email us immediately to see if we can catch your order before it has been pulled for processing. You will still have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt as long as your item was not marked as CLEARANCE which means all sales are final. If you do want to try and alter or adjust an order, you must email or contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help before the order has been pulled or filled. We cannot guarantee that all orders will be cancelled or stopped, but we will do our best to help the buyer as much as possible.

PLEASE READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS especially on clearance items to make sure you fully understand what you are purchasing and what all is included in that purchase. There will be No Exceptions to this Rule so Please If you Checkout On Our Site, Remember You are Agreeing to Abide by Our Policies.
Please be aware we sell end of season or older season bedding, so if you purchase a sheet from a previous season and the color is not identical to your current bedding, we are not responsible because the department stores change their colors each season as well as different dye lots can also effect the colors. If you buy a clearance item then all sales are final no matter what with no exceptions. All sales final clearance and bargain bin items are not eligible for cancellation. Once the order is complete, the item is considered sold and will be processed accordingly.
Clearance Items are "All Sales Final", but in the event that we do make a mistake, we will of course try and make a correction for the buyer as long as the bedding has not been altered in any way once the buyer received it. If the buyer alters or launders the bedding, and then they contact us about an issue, we cannot really help because the item must be exactly as it was once it was sent out to the customer.
Please do not message us after you receive your email confirmation that you did not notice something about an item. Every item notes the exact description in addition to pictures on most. We are not responsible for errors made on the part of the buyer. If an item says all sales final and the purchase has been completed by the buyer then the bedding is the property of the buyer and any restocking fees are forfeited.
PLEASE BE ADVISED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD PARTY LINKS TO OUR WEBSITE FROM ADVERTISERS SUCH AS GOOGLE, YAHOO, BING, AND AMAZON. You must read exactly what you are purchasing as we are not directly affiliated with these websites so please read all descriptions carefully.
NOTE: If you purchase multiple items and one or more of the items is unavailable, we will fulfill the items that are in inventory and refund the difference for the items currently out of stock. In the event that we make a mistake which does happen, we will be happy to help resolve the situation and replace the item at no charge once the item is returned to us and inspected. If we have a correct replacement in stock for the item and as a buyer you decide to cancel the order then you will still be subject to the 25% restocking fee since we are still able to fulfill the original order with inventory. If we do not have a replacement then you have the option to either work with us on an exchange or we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.
In the event that part of your order is unavailable, we will ship the remaining portion. Your entire order WILL NOT be cancelled. You will only be charged for the items that are actually in stock and those will be shipped accordingly. In the event we do decide to cancel an order request per the customer a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. No Exceptions. If we made a mistake then there will be no cancellation fee.
We will accept returns within 14 days of original purchase with the exclusion of clearance items. NOTE: ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE ALL SALE FINAL! Please read all descriptions for clearance items as the prices have been reduced and marked accordingly to their description and they cannot be returned. IF ITEMS ARE NEW IN PACKAGE, THEY MUST BE IN PACKAGE EXACTLY AS THEY WERE MAILED TO YOU! THEY CANNOT BE SHOVED BACK IN OR THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED! YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL CHECK ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM SWANKY OUTLET WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. AFTER THE 14 DAY PERIOD YOU AGREE TO FORFEIT ANY CLAIMS OR ISSUES ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS. Clearance items are all sales final. We will not be responsible for customers that do not read the description and want to return any items that were clearly marked as clearance. All photos are stock photos and the item being sold does not mean the entire set is included in the purchase. The buyer must read each description to find out the particular item being sold and its current condition. We will not be held liable for purchases where the buyer thought they were receiving the entire set in a picture, prices based on advertising websites, or descriptions based on another websites link to Swanky Outlet. Swanky Outlet DOES NOT make any guarantee about sewing flaws, tape residue, manufacturer flaws, defects, or stains on products, as we mark the prices down tremendously to offset for the defects or flaws within the bedding. At times we may state the item should sew easily or wash well which is the opinion of the person inspecting said items, but we in NO WAY guarantee that any and/or all sewing defects, stains, spots, or flaws will be guaranteed to be the way that you intend nor do we guarantee stains to come out. Please DO NOT try to hold us liable for this because You, as the buyer, choose to purchase our bedding on an "AS IS" Basis when it comes to "Clearance" and/or "Final Sale" items bedding.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, ISSUE, OR FLAW WITH YOUR ITEM THEN WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. AFTER THAT TIME YOU FORFEIT ANY RIGHT TO A RETURN OR REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU WILL NOT CALL AND THREATEN OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SEND HARASSING MESSAGES BECAUSE YOU DID NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE PURCHASING. All items must be in the exact condition they were in when shipped out to you. Packages must be unopened and bedding cannot show any sign of wear, cannot show any sign of use, and cannot have been altered or laundered in any way. We have been in the business long enough to know items that have been used and washed. If purchases are returned then your credit card will be charged a 25% restocking fee for processing all returns plus original shipping cost will be deducted for items that originally shipped for free. Any items that are returned to us not in the condition as they were mailed to the buyer will not receive a refund and will be refused by SwankyOutlet.com If you purchase items from us then you must agree to our returns policy. Before an item can be returned, you must contact us via email or by messaging us at the top of the page to receive an RMA number to process your return. We are unable to process your return without an RMA number so please make sure you contact us in advance before you send back any items. If an item is sent to you as a customer purchase and the item is refused, the buyer will be charged the original shipping, return shipping and plus a restocking fee for when the item returns. Please do not contact us about returning a clearance item as we clearly state here that all sales are final on clearance items. If you are unsure about the condition of an item, please contact us prior to purchase. Once the item or items has been purchased and shipped then they become the sole property of the buyer. We are not responsible for those that do not read the descriptions. You must click that you have read all our terms and agreements which explain our returns policy, our conditions of merchandise, and that you will not retaliate or defame us in any way because you have buyers remorse. You cannot complete checkout unless this has been agreed to so we have it on file in case a buyer decides to open a case or file a chargeback. We are not responsible for any purchases based on item descriptions. Each item will have a description below it which tells the condition of that particular item. We do not sell 1st quality or gift quality items on our website. We deal in overstocks, returns, and floor model shelf pulls. By purchasing from our website, the buyer agrees that they have read all terms and conditions and will not hold us liable for their failure to read any descriptions based on individual items. We do not have a wedding or gift registry for this reason. Our bedding is closeout merchandise and not brand new gift quality. We will not be responsible for grammatical errors in our listing and have the right to refuse and revoke a sale at anytime to a buyer. In the event that an item is out of inventory or not available, we will notify the buyer in writing via email for which the buyer has 48 hours before the sale will be automatically cancelled and the money refunded to buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: PURCHASES REFUSED BY THE BUYER OR UNCLAIMED BY THE BUYER HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME ITEM RETURNS TO US TO PAY OUR POSTAGE DUE FEES PLUS RESHIPPING FEES IN ORDER TO CLAIM PACKAGE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 14 DAYS. IF YOU PREFER A REFUND AT THIS POINT, THE POSTAGE DUE, ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST, AND RESTOCKING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
CHARGEBACKS--If you as a buyer decide to charge a chargeback for an item purchased because you have buyers remorse or did not read the description please know in advance we tag all of our items, triple check and make notes once items have been pulled from inventory, and we also keep screenshots of your order pages that we will turn in if necessary to show that you did agree to our terms and conditions in order to proceed to checkout. We do not tolerate buyer fraud or any kind of switch and bait issues. We have been doing this long enough that we will prosecute anyone who tries to defraud us with our merchandise. We want your experience to be a pleasant one, but we do have procedures and a fantastic legal team that is there when a problem does arise.

In the event that we have to contact our attorneys in regards to libel, slanderous and/or threatening emails, voicemails, or public published information about our business that could be harmful and defamatory to our business and employees, then the buyer will be fully responsible and held liable for any and all attorneys and court fees filed within the state of Mississippi.
You fully agree that if you choose to buy from our website that you will not threaten us over your order. You agree that you will not write slanderous or malicious information about our business and/or any of its officers on any public forum or ecommerce website or platform. Such behavior will not be tolerated and we will pursue the matter within the court of law to protect our business from such issues. If you call and threaten, extort, or harass our representatives over the phone, via email, or by voicemail then your information will be turned over to our legal department and you can be held responsible in a court of law.
